Shipping & Delivery
Lava Radiance ships from Iceland to selected destinations across Europe.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and local conditions. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, Lava Radiance is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
VAT & Charges
All prices are displayed in accordance with applicable VAT regulations.
For orders within Iceland, VAT is included in the final price.
For orders shipped within Europe, VAT is applied in accordance with applicable regulations. No additional customs duties are typically charged within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Undelivered or Refused Packages
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to reasons attributable to the customer, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the package is returned to Lava Radiance, any return shipping costs or fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund.
The refunded amount may therefore be lower than the total amount originally paid.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Lava Radiance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
